Microsoft recently announced a new data mapper for Azure Logic Apps available as a Visual Studio Code extension. The mapper capability is currently in public preview.

However, rather than coding your app there, you may want to download and install the Azure Logic Apps Tools for Visual Studio from Tools -> “Extensions and Updates” in your Visual Studio IDE.
