Officials blame 'coding error' for habeas corpus removal from Constitution website
Matthew Cox, a south Georgia resident, was browsing the law subreddit on Wednesday when a piece of news began spreading quickly. Portions of the U.S. Constitution that enshrine habeas corpus and the powers of Congress had been deleted from the Library of Congress’s website that house its annotated U.
