Go to Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners. Over here, click on your printer name. Next, click on Open print queue and see if there are any pending print jobs. Suppose there is, clear them.

Download, install and run HP Print and Scan Doctor (link in Resources). Select from the list of installed printers the device from which you want to retrieve the administrative code.
