You can find Ammo Mod Circuit Boards from Infected Strongholds but you’ll have to fight your way through a bunch of zombies to clear the area and get what you want.

Just as a normal ammo mod will do for weapons you assign them to. Once you find one, you must approach the Deadbolt Turret and place the Circuit Board inside to start it.
