From the Save As Type drop-down, choose PDF (Figure E) Figure E Word will retain the document’s author, so you might want to delete or change that option. Click Save.

After that, set the output file format as PDF and press the Save button. Once the document is saved as a PDF, you can use a dedicated converter tool to convert PDF to JPEG images.

We just added the conversion event that converts the Word files to PDFs. Now, we need to tell Power Automate where to save the converted PDF files. That requires another step, so click New Step.

On the Save As PDF screen, name your file (or use the same name), choose the Word extension (docx for 2007 through the current version documents), and click Save.
