Government officials released an image of the actual screen where the false missile alert was triggered from the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency Saturday morning.

The screen read, "*** Emergency Alert System ***" and "Wisconsin Voter Alert" on the backdrop of differently colored bars that sometimes appears on screen when TV programming is interrupted.
