Start is All Back, a popular utility for fixing Windows 11, received a feature for enabling macOS-inspired tabs in File Explorer. It is available in version 3.4.9a on the latest Dev build.

To restore File Explorer to default in Windows 11, open the Folder Options dialogue (three-dots icon > Options) and click the Restore Defaults button under the General tab.
