I copied the network file (from 7pm the previous night) to another name, and opened the newly named copy in 2003. I then had the user open the newly named network copy.

Your Visual Basic project will now open in Visual Studio. Double-click the project files in the "Solution Explorer" pane to view and/or edit the code.
