The Raspberry Pi 4 B offers 802.11ac Wi-Fi, the same as the Raspberry Pi 3 B+, but sports Bluetooth 5.0, compared to Bluetooth 4.2 on the Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+.

The Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+ also has faster ethernet at 300 Mbps. Additionally, it introduced an all-new Power over Ethernet (PoE) support (users need to buy a separate PoE module, though).
