SPARQL: The query language and protocol used to retrieve and manipulate RDF data. Knowledge Graph: A network of real-world entities and their interrelations, stored in a graph structure based on RDF.

The truth, however, is there are some standards in graph: RDF as a model, SPARQL as a query language, and TinkerPop / Gremlin as a virtual engine / query language.
