Touchmaster won't wow you with its presentation, but the simple menu screens are easy to navigate with the stylus. The in-game visuals and sound effects are adequate, though hardly stunning.

The Nook Simple Touch with GlowLight will go on sale “in early May” — before Mother’s Day on the 13th — for $139, with preorders beginning today.

Barnes & Noble’s Simple Touch with GlowLight doesn’t have that problem. The LED light guide is inside the Nook’s bezel, at the top of the 600 by 800 pixel 6-inch display.
