Open Sync center. Choose the Manage offline files link on the left. Hit the Enable offline files button. Now launch File Explorer. Go to the Network folder.

If OneDrive doesn’t open in File Explorer, clear storage if it’s full and restart the OneDrive app. However, if that doesn’t help, pause file sync and relink OneDrive.

What doesn't work: Offline files. The specified folders have the Sync icon on them and if I go to Sync Center and choose Manage offline files, I can see everything that I see in Explorer.

To add a folder to Sync 1.4 click the blue Add folder button in the top left corner of the app. This opens an Explorer window where you can choose the folder you want to add to Sync.
