Save the Excel file as a macro-enabled workbook (.xlsm) to preserve the form controls. This file format ensures that the form functionality is retained when you reopen the file.
Locate and select the PDF file you wish to import. Excel will analyze the PDF and present a list of tables to import. Select specific or multiple tables and click ‘Load’ to import them into Excel.
Step 3: Select the PDF to Excel button. On the PDF to Excel screen that appears, choose Add file. Choose the PDF file you want to convert, then select Open.
