Click the cell of the column header that you want to rename. For example, you might click cell A1 to rename a column named "Surname." Double-click the column's name in the formula bar to select it.

This is the second time Rush has introduced a bill proposing to rename I-57 in honor of Obama. The first was in 2019. His office provided a letter from Gov. J.B. Pritzker in support of the bill.
