KILLINGLY, Conn. (WTNH) — The Office of Inspector General says the trooper’s shooting of a man in Killingly in December 2023 was justified, according to a report released Friday.
The First Judicial Deputy Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has concluded that the use of deadly force by a Cotton Plant Police Department officer was justified in the shooting of a Missouri man.
