T he West Java Police have officially taken over the investigation into the stampede at the wedding celebration for the eldest son of West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi, which left three people dead.

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has been investigating the alleged misuse of East Java provincial grant funds since 2022 and has named dozens of individuals as suspects.
