Describe the bug pip install autogluon fails on Windows 11 with python 3.11.4 autogluon.core installs fine, but .eda and .timeseries also fail. Note that I am not using WSL, this is native CMD.

With the latest release of setuptools (60.1.0), I cannot install mpi4py any more. I have initially raised this issue with setuptools, but it looks like this fails in conf/mpidistutils.py.
