The project builds on decades of partnership between MTLT and Masterton's library services, with the Trust's support now exceeding $750,000 over more than 30 years of community investment.

Volunteers will be involved in registering children, helping them choose books, discussing what they’ve read, awarding prizes, and supporting library activities.

Aged 13 to 24, volunteers will help promote and deliver the annual scheme in North Yorkshire libraries, which encourages children aged four to 11 to read six books over the summer holidays.
