Lake Powell's water levels are steadily declining but are expected to rise once the snow begins to melt. Last year, the lake began its steep rise in April.

That's a more than 30-foot decrease from its high point earlier this summer, but the level is an astounding 93 feet higher than September 1, 2022, levels, according to a chart by lakesonline.com.
