An allegedly drunk 18-year-old driver created panic in Panaji’s market area after reversing his car into a shop, injuring a 50-year-old pedestrian. CCTV footage shows the driver, Shahid Moharram Ansari, first hitting a parked vehicle, then accelerating in reverse, smashing into a two-wheeler and a shop. The pedestrian, Mukul Joshi, suffered a serious leg injury and was rushed to hospital. Locals detained the teen before handing him over to police. An FIR has been filed, and the probe is underway
